You can practice any exercise in any form of lesson you want
One-to-one
You can follow a standard training programme with me or ask for customised exercises targeting your needs.
Group
Create your own group with your friends or attend my scheduled group classes. You will have an option to customise group lessons, too.
Online or Face to Face
Regardless of the type of the lesson and the exercise, you can exercise online or face to face with me. I can commute anywhere in London!

Yoga
I customise Yoga lessons with Acro and Hatha Yoga depending on your needs.
Meditation
Breath therapy, supported with basic physical activities to increase awareness of yourself and your body.
Stretching
For increased muscle control, flexibility, range of motion and stress relief.
